Initial Contact
Call us or fill out the form on our contact page. We will schedule a no-obligation consultation to gather information about your property, needs, and budget. We will schedule an in-home consultation as well.
In-Home Consultation
During the in-home consultation, we will gather measurements, create drawings of your current space, and discuss your vision and budget for the project in detail. This is also a great time to go over any design images and planning you have already gathered.
Design and Proposal
Based on your project's size and scope, we'll either create architectural plans or begin budgeting and estimating. We'll provide a proposal with project costs, a timeline, and key phases, then review it with you and make any needed adjustments before moving forward.
Contract Signing
Upon completion of the design and the final proposal acceptance, we will then move on to the contract. This will provide a final cost of the project, terms and schedules for payments, warranty information, etc. Upon signing and acceptance, the deposit will be paid on the day of signing.
Pre-Construction & Build
We'll handle all required permits and approvals, then meet with you one final time to answer any questions before construction begins. Once everything is in place, we'll get to work bringing your vision to life.
Walkthrough & Inspection
Once your project is complete, we'll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. We'll address any final details, review warranty information, collect final payment, and follow up after a few months to make sure you're still satisfied.
